Call to Order

The Chair called the meeting to order at 5:00 p.m.

Roll Call

The Clerk confirmed a quorum was present.

The Clerk advised that an additional item has been added to the Special Council Agenda. Item # 5.4 - Verbal Report by the Director of Community Services - Land Acquisition/Disposition Matter regarding Township owned lands in Nobleton.

That the agenda for the June 17, 2025 Special Council Meeting be approved as amended.
